In the face of growing threats to the nation's Internet infrastructure from other nations, China in particular, the U.S. military is establishing a 'cyber command centre' to fight any future wars in Cyberspace.
In this arena, the U.S. Actually needs to play catch-up to be competitive with the Chinese who, it is believed, consider an assault on their enemy's network a key component to the beginning of any future conflict.
